and Intellectual Property Notice

web site are bona fide copyright properties of DLHA and are protected
under local and international Copyright laws and treaties.
DLHA values its intellectual and copyright properties.

filing the Notice, to include: telephone and/or fax numbers, as

- A statement that the person filing the Notice
has a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or
the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury,
that the information filed in the Notice is accurate and that
the person filing the Notice is the copyright or intellectual
property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual
property owner's behalf.
- An electronic or physical signature of the
copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner
of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.
